My Experience: I found a "great" deal on one of these on the internet from a company in California so I ordered it online. It worked great right up until the 1 year warranty went out.
Problems: It will come on and run for up to an hour then the screen and sound go out but the power light is still green. I turn it off, wait 30 minutes or an hour(cool down?) and off we go again. I thought I heard a relay click once when it happened and I was close to the set. I'm wondering if this is a thermal relay shutting off the screen? It seems like that would also cut power. So far I've found no help on how to fix this. I just submitted a tech question directly to Viewsonic about it.
