My Experience: bought this tv and the first night had it hooked up to digital dvr not hd and the picture was awsome, better than Samsung LN-S3252D on 480p 480i. Two days later got HD/DVR and was blown away. HD picture is as good if not better than the Samsung that cost me twice as much. Last night on a lark hooked up straight cable (no Box) to antenna input and although the info on product says it is not digital cable ready it found over 120 digital channels and 76 analog.
Wow that means I can record two programs on DVR and still watch the local HD channels on the RF side. can set up to come automaticly if you set cable box outlet to turn on with settop. can have it switch to new source automaticly when you turn on dvd or vcr. one person said would not display 720p but if your source is set to display 720p and 1080i what ever the channel is broadcasting in it will choose. same with game if you set up the game console to display 720p that's what you get. for the Money $750 at Best Buy you can't go wrong. Wish I had looked at this tv 3 months ago when I bought the Samsung. about the controling of tv with cable remote, I did a search with my Kamealon remote and the code that controled the tv was a Sony code, I tried a Sony code with the cable remote and eureka it works!


Problems: could not control tv with cable remote (at first)
no zoom for picture only stretch.
