My Experience: I bought this TV on Black Friday. Right out of the box, it would turn itself on and off (scary). Called Haier, 3 weeks later they had never returned a phone call (I had called them at least 10 times by then) but they were unable to find anyone to repair. I returned to Office Depot, exchanged the TV for a demo. 7 months later, blue screen of death….no signal input no matter which inputs I used. Called Haier. Faxed receipt 5 times to 2 different numbers, emailed, called every 3 days. Finally 3 ½ weeks later, they have someone to repair…….but he is 60 miles away, only comes to Omaha on Tuesdays, and won’t give a specific time (am or PM), so I have to take a day off if and when he receives the part he ordered, and then if that part doesn’t fix the problem, repeat the whole process. Haier has again never returned a call or email, and the only contact with them is when I call them every 3 days. Bottom line……..This TV has a problem, and Haier has no customer service. I’ll never buy another Haier product.

Problems: Customer service is non-existant. TV is unreliable.
