My Experience: I am not a good comparison because my previous TV was a 20yr old 19 inch tube TV, BUT, I feel that this set is an incredible viewing experience. I was first shocked to see dust floating in the background of a poplular investigation show. The colors were so vivid, the quality so bright that my wife's eyes began twitching. Knowing LG builds a majority of the other lcd tvs out there, I am sure the quality is lasting.

Problems: With so many available inputs, I have a mess of wires draped from the set as it is mounted on the wall. What ever happened to a power cord and a coax cable?
