My Experience: Perfect picture quality with HDMI/DVI HDTV input! We are also using a Computer with 2 Asus SLI GPU's (EN6800GTS)cards. Output is fantastic with high speed graphics that are out of this world! Fast refresh rates on this plasma. We like the full metal jacket on the back and the fact that this is a very sturdy well built machine. 1 draw back is that this model only has 2 HDMI inputs.... 3 or 4 is Optimus Prime! Panisonic Tube built in Japan is also a big plus! 1year warranty equil to Pioneer. Also has many internal componants that are used in Pioneer and Panasonic Plasmas. We also upgraded our dvd to HDMI Hd output with 1080i upscale ability! WOW! What a fantastic picture as well. 30 Year lifespan on the tube. We picked our up thru DealTree.com for $950.00 with free shipping.

Problems: No back lite on the remote. And they could have put more attention to them. We custom mounted 2 thermal 150mm 85deg. fans on the back. They come on at 85deg, for automatic cooling of the unit, as well do a very good job exhausting the heat out of the monitor's case. The fans also shut off when the temp goes down below 85deg. This set does not come with any type of cooling fans. And this has made a hugh diff with the warm back side of the unit. Fans put out 90-120cfm and are quiet at only 40db.
