My Experience: I have to replace the lamp every year, Although the last one I bought lasted 1 1/2 years. I also always get the "TV is shutting down" message when I first turn it on. I found if I pick it up from the right edge and just let it slam down, the problem goes away until the next time I want to turn it on. Other than that, for the money I paid, the picture is awesome.

Problems: Just the lamp burning out as often as it does.
