My Experience: Do not buy this TV from Mitsubishi. I bought this TV in 2005 at $4000+ In the past 4 years, I've changed the lamps thrice. Now I get a blinking green light; called a tech from a dealer; got an estimate of $700. The tech recommended throwing the TV out. However since I spent $4000, I do not feel like throwing it out. I sincerely hope someone sues Mitsubishi and makes them pay for all the trouble we consumers had to go thru.
Problems: Poor construction, poor design and poor engineering. The card readers did not work from day one. The NETCOMMAND software is a pain to program (and I am a professional programmer !!!). Just run away !!! I hear Mistubishi is launching a laser TV; with my past experience I would need to be paid to watch their TV.
