My Experience: My first TV the bulb went out within a year. Had that replaced and then the TVs screen started turning off every 5-6 seconds. I then reported RCA(Thompson) to the better business bureau. They promptly sent me a new RCA tv. It lasted about six months and then the bulb went out. Had it replaced and now a month later it has three dead pixels on the screen. THANK GOD I bought the extended warranty. The warranty folks are replacing my TV with another brand. I will NEVER buy another RCA product. Thier customer service is based in another country and they are far from being helpfull.
Problems: 1) Bulb went out(numerous) 2) Screen went black 3) dead pixels
