My Experience: I have had nothing but problems with this tv and it isn't worth the headache. You can try dealing with their customer service but it took me 6 months to get the part and now I have no picture at all and the part isn't even a year old yet.

Problems: First the picture would go in and out, replaced the part and now no picture at all.
