My Experience: Well I've read the other comment on this television and I completely agree with it. I've been wanting a HD tv since they first came out, but I like to do a little research first to get the best product for my hard earned money. I had my mind set on getting Sony's SXRD but when I went to take yet another look at the tv, they had the Samsung right above the Sony. The Samsung looked so much better than Sony's. Better yet I thought it looked better than anything in the store on display. It was simply amazing. Now I was hooked so I did some searches on the web for any comments on the tv, but since the tv is so new I didn't really find too much on it. After a couple more trips to finalize my decision, I picked one up. Setting it up was more complicated than my CRT, but it's not rocket science. You just have to make sure you get the right cables (HDMI, optic). I did more research on cables since the damn cables are so expensive and I found out that cables are cables. You won't notice a difference if there was any and it's not worth the extra cost. I ended up getting all my cables from Walmart at a fraction of the cost. Back to the tv. I signed up for Direct tv so I had a week until the installation. I didn't even want to watch the tv without digital cable, but after a couple of days I hooked it up and as expected it looked like crap. Got Direct tv hooked up on Mon and I have to say it looks stunning. I feel like inviting all of my buddies who have HD tv's and say yours don't look as good as mine. The picture looks unbelievable. I can't pull myself away from it. If your in the market for a HD tv, don't bypass this one. Go to the store (you should never buy anything you haven't seen, especially tv's) and just look at it and compare it to all the others. You will agree. For the money it is the best bang for your buck.

Problems: Only problem is I find myself watching any program in HD simply because it looks so damn good.
