My Experience: The picture is great. I love the ambilight on it. Shortly after getting it, we got the blue streaks on it. It started in the corner then took over the whole tv.

Problems: We called the repair center several times before someone was sent out. He told us that the mother board went out. So that was replaced and when putting it back to together the guy did not put all the screws back in. So after "fixing" it the guy ended up messing up the remote sensor. So he came back a month after we called him to fix it. He "rigged" the sensor. Now we are having probmlemss with the sound and picture again. It makes a buzzing sound if we try to watch a movie or play games. Philips said there was nothing they could do since the repair center touched it. The repair center's employee keeps saying he'll call us back but he don't. We are calling them a couple times a week if not more. We've been having these problems for months now and no one has helped. I would just like a new TV or my money back.
