My Experience: The television in general is excellent. The picture quality, HD options and the features are all on par. However, 8 weeks into the purchase 2 of the circuit boards fried; causing blue streaks in the picture no matter what the input was.

Problems: Philips support is completely unhelpful and lacks answers to simple questions. One circuit board is back ordered and neither the parts or customer service departments could give me an ETA. The authorized repair center has had my television for 3 weeks now and it could be another 4 weeks until I have my repaired TV or a replacement back. I hope no one else has to go through the trouble of paying for a product that they no longer have.
