My Experience: The picture is great when it works.

Problems: I had my first one for six mo9nths and it went dead. The flashing code said bad lamp. I ordered a new lamp from RCA (the worst customer service I have ever had. I installed the lamp to find out that was not the problem. Since it was going to take 6 weeks to even look at Walmart gave me a new one. The moment we plug it in we have had problems. The TV will not come on and you have to turn it off and on to finally get it to work. I have left comments to RCA and they will not even respond. I will never own another RCA product.
