My Experience: Bought our TV 3/06, on Dec 24 the bulb blew. It is now 3/07 and we are STILL waiting for RCA to send a replacement bulb. They are on backorder and I have 600+ people in front of me!!!! RCA/ Thomson are the worst people to deal with on the phone. I have finally gave up. We purchased our own bulb online and received it overnight.It is still burning since 12/27/06. Knock on wood.
Problems: RCA can not keep their bulbs in stock, what doe's that tell you? They are very blunt and rude on the phone. I will not deal with these people ever again. My extended warranty is through Walmart and I hope that when I need them they do a much better job than RCA has done.
