My Experience: I've only had this for a few days, but WOW! Picture is beautiful! Called Sylvania customer service for a problem that turned out to be my cable box and they were fast, courteous, and helpful. Sound is probably average to good, but HD (1080i) is great! Standard def and analog channels are also very good. The price I paid for this TV was probably half of what it was worth.
Problems: Universal remote that came with my DVR doesn't work with this TV, but I'm more than happy to deal with that in exchange for the value.
